BEAR Architects were commissioned to undertake a series of development proposals along with a local Dorset Developer to assist in the feasibility analysis of a project in Poole. The project was defined as a new build apartment building with basement parking to support 4 luxury apartments and a rooftop penthouse.

All apartments enjoy contemporary living accommodation in an open plan configuration that seamlessly connect to large format terraces and rooftop gardens. The project is designed to offer occupants all modern amenities with a key focus on sustainability initiatives.

We currently await financial approval form the developer to proceed.
