Design proposal.

This precinct masterplan and interior design project involved the reactivation of an existing inner-city property in the heart of Johannesburg and facilitated the consolidation of our clients' activities back into their head office premises.

The resultant move would see the release of an additional 26000m2 to their extensive leasing portfolio. The project introduced an urban public landscape to local residents and businesses alike and included a performance amphitheatre, public eateries, art exhibitions and water features. The project is awaiting board approval to proceed.
